Return/exchange orders are accepted before 14 days of delivery if the following criteria are met.
The hair has not been worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.
The product has not been opened or used.
Items have not been damaged or shown of any wear.
How to Return a Product

Once your return is approved, and we have received the product, we will:
For Returns, credit your account used for the original payment.
For Exchanges, ship out replacement product.
Halo Salon and Boutique is not responsible for shipping for returns or exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There is a 10% restocking fee.
